The Peony Lady Alexandra Duff, Paeonia 'Lady Alexander Duff' is a double bloom peony with pink outer blooms and cream colored center blooms. Peonies are one of the best cut flowers and are often used in the Midwest to decorate gravesites on Memorial Day. All of our peonies are widely adaptable to most soils across the country. They bloom in mid to late spring and have very large, colorful blooms that stand out in the spring garden. Peonies can handle dry to moist sites, and do best in full sun but can handle some light shade. Often thought of as a plant used on the farm or out in the country, they bring a little bit of that country feeling to your garden. Coreopsis - Limerock Passions The Coreopsis ‘Limerock Passions’ is a sport of Coreopsis 'Limerock Ruby'. It has beautiful lavender pink, glossy flowers that cover the finely cut foliage. The dark green thread-like foliage makes a great contrast with its flower color, blooming from June through October. ‘Limerock Passions’ is extremely drought tolerant with a plant height of 16” and a spread of 34”. With cool autumn weather, the flowers make an even more outstanding color scheme. ‘Limerock Passions’ should be planted in full sun. It is drought-tolerant and tough but does need well-drained soil. It should be cut backing early and late summer to extend the bloom period. Coreopsis ‘Limerock Passions’ looks great with Coreopsis ‘Moonbeam’, Coreopsis ‘Sweet Dreams’, and with any type of grass, in borders or mass plantings in sunny gardens. (PPAF).
