Marigold - Eskimo

Plant in the spring after average last day of frost. The Eskimo Marigold begins to bloom in late spring and continues to bloom until first frost. Marigolds prefers rich organic soils. The Marigold Eskimo, 'Tagetes erecta', is new and unique. The beautiful blooms are located at knee height on top of the plant. The soil needs to be well drained and not soggy. Pinch off faded flowers to encourage more blooms. Eskimo is a white marigold with large, creamy white, double carnation type blooms that are simply stunning. Pea - Shelling - Green Arrow The pods are set in pairs atop the plant for easy harvest. Shelling peas should be harvested when the pods are plump which is about 3 weeks after flowering. The Pea Shelling Green Arrow, 'Pisum sativum', is a very productive, dwarf plant with large 4 inch pods containing 9 to11 wonderful sweet peas per pod. Remember when you were a kid how fun it was to pop open a pod and eat the Peas? As an adult, you will enjoy the wonderful taste of Green Arrow peas and appreciate the dwarf, 2 foot vines for ease of growing. Keep the plants moist but do not get them over watered and soggy. Peas prefer well drained soil. Green Arrow is very disease resistant.
