This blue fescue cultivar is a slowly spreading, ornamental grass which typically forms a dense, tufted clump (8" tall by 12" wide) of thin, gracefully arching, sharply pointed, hair-like grass blades which are bright chartreuse as opposed to the usual blue-gray of the species.
